2. Scope of Services
Brian Williams provides a range of coaching services designed to boost your social media channels and overall business growth, including but not limited to:
Social Media Strategy Development: Tailored plans to optimize your social media presence and engagement.Content Creation Guidance: Assistance with creating compelling content that resonates with your audience.Analytics and Reporting: Insightful analysis of your social media performance and actionable recommendations.Business Growth Strategies: Strategies and techniques to expand your business, including marketing, sales, and operational improvements.One-on-One Coaching Sessions: Personalized coaching to address specific business challenges and opportunities.
3. Service Delivery
Initial Consultation: A free 30-minute consultation to assess your needs and discuss how our services can support your goals.Coaching Sessions: Scheduled as per the agreed-upon frequency (e.g., weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). Sessions will be conducted via Zoom or another preferred platform.Support and Communication: Ongoing support via email or messaging platforms between sessions. Response time to queries is within 48 hours.
4. Client Responsibilities
To ensure the effectiveness of our coaching services, clients are expected to:
Provide Access: Share relevant information, access to social media accounts, and any necessary tools or platforms required for effective coaching.Commit to Action: Implement the strategies and recommendations provided and actively engage in the coaching process.Communicate Issues: Inform Brian Williams promptly of any challenges or concerns that may impact the coaching relationship or outcomes.
5. Scheduling and Cancellations
Scheduling: Coaching sessions are scheduled based on mutual availability. Clients are encouraged to book sessions in advance to secure preferred times.Cancellation Policy: Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel a session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a rescheduling fee.
6. Refunds and Terminations
Refund Policy: We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee on initial coaching services. If you are not satisfied within the first 7 days, you may request a full refund. Beyond this period, refunds are not available.Termination: Either party may terminate the coaching agreement with 30 days' written notice. In the event of termination, any outstanding fees for services rendered will be due.
7. Confidentiality
All information shared during coaching sessions will be kept confidential. Brian Williams will not disclose any client information without prior consent, except as required by law.
8. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to resolve the issue through a mutually agreed-upon mediation process before seeking legal recourse.
9. Policy Updates
Brian Williams reserves the right to update this Fulfillment Policy as needed. Clients will be notified of any significant changes, and the updated policy will be effective immediately upon posting.
